To complete the notarization, the seller must be present with valid identification and sign the title in the notary's presence. The buyer's name, address, and all other required title information must be completed before notarization.

Pricing is based on appointment location and service requirements. Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.

Agreed scheduling and travel charges are non-refundable if notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control. Any fees collected for notarial acts that are not performed will be refunded.
